Distribution of Voter Registration Notice and Reminder Card
Published on October 8, 2025 to 9:40 a.m.
The City of Pointe-Claire would like to inform residents that, due to the Canada Post strike, the registration notice and reminder card will be distributed this week by municipal employees.
Our teams will be covering the territory of the City from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Residents are encouraged not to worry if they see municipal employees delivering these documents directly to their doors.
Although it is not mandatory to bring this when you go to vote, it can speed up the process as it shows your assigned polling station. You can also visit the Elections page on the City website to find your polling station.
For more information on the 2025 municipal elections, please consult the dedicated webpage.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Recent large projects have exceeded density targets set by the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal (CMM), yet we fall far short of its greenspace targets. Municipalities must aim for 30% public greenspace; Pointe-Claire has only 6%.
Research shows trees improve both mental & physical health. A strong tree canopy also moderates summer heat and improves air quality. We must prioritize spaces where trees can thrive. I support creating micro-forests and rainwater retention gardens on public & private land. With existing green infrastructure programs, we can green the city without acquiring more land and manage stormwater more effectively.
I also support the provincial shoreline naturalization project, since a healthy Lake St-Louis is essential to biodiversity and recreation. And I will advocate for protecting 100% of Fairview Forest as a natural space.
